Money-back guarantee
If you are not happy with the design you unlocked, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund your $9 — no interrogation. We would rather you walk away happy.
How to request
Email support@inkline.app from the address you used at checkout, with your Stripe receipt or the date of purchase. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Failed generations
Free preview generations that fail or error do not count against your free limit, and you are never charged for a failed generation.
What you keep
A refund reverses your unlock for that design. The free watermarked preview remains available like any other free design.
