Money-back guarantee
If you are not happy with a credit purchase, email us within 14 days and we will refund any unused credits — no interrogation. We would rather you walk away happy.
How to request
Email support@ai-tattoo-generator.com from the address you used at checkout, with your Stripe receipt or the date of purchase. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Failed generations
If a generation fails or errors, the credits it cost are automatically refunded to your account — you are never charged for a failed design.
What you keep
A refund reverses unused credits. Any designs you already generated stay saved to your account.
